| Returns & Refunds
You will need to decide within 14 days of arrival of the goods if you will keep them.
If you wish to return items for exchange OR refund
- Contact us by telephone or email and we will send you a returns form.
- Pack the items carefully including the returns form and send them back to us. Make sure that
the items and the original packaging are in new condition when we receive them.
- On arrival we will inspect the returned item. It must be in new condition and it must include
the original packaging also in new condition Worn footwear cannot be accepted for return.
- Provided the return is accepted we will issue a refund by cheque or by online transfer within 30
days for the original price of the item less our handling charge. The handling charge is $20 for most
items.
A charge may be deducted for cost incurred by the credit/debit card company.
You have to ensure that the goods arrive to us in good condition. We only make refunds for goods that have been received.
Made to order and made to measure boots cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
